if you want a clean room and up to par especially during covid do NOT stay here. The room looked clean when we walked in. The floor was also freshly mopped. When we moved the sheets back there was some type of stain on the sheets. It looked like it was some type of oil. we then checked the other bed and there seemed to be nothing wrong with that bed. We all sat on the clean bed and tried calling the front desk to let them know the issues we had. the line was busy. We called front desk several times but could never get through. Even when you call this hotel from your cell phone you probably wont get through. We then decided to let the kids shower. after my son got out of the shower I handed him a towel. He yelled, " mom theres something on the towel." That something looked like make up/ mascara. After finding a different towel that appeared to be clean we decided to go ahead and check out. I explained all the issues we had with the room and the young lady at the front desk said there was nothing she could do and we should have called her but really the phone never worked. I would say overall check the towels that are nicely folded they might be dirty and check the sheets for stains. Walk down and tell them the problems because they have phone issues there. I give 2 stars because at least one bed was clean.

This is our second visit at this location and it still surprises me of how nice the rooms are. The grounds are very nicely kept and tidy. There’s a whole acre almost outside a fenced area for pet walking. A really nice patio area with lounging chairs to sit at and many water fountains to listen to. As for the rooms, you cannot find any dust or smudges on the furniture, the linens are pristine and the floors are spotless. As soon as you walk in the room, it is inviting with a clean smell and the lights are turned on for you. They look exactly like the stock photos from the website! The bedding and colors of the room are very aesthetically pleasing. We love the little nook for eating and the micro/fridge combo is always nice. Staff is very kind and helpful as well. We try and make this “our place” when visiting the city.

Highly recommend this location! The rooms were aesthetically decorated with pleasing colors and very nice flooring. The room is very clean and spacious and offered many (10+) outlets, a huge flat screen tv and great recessed lighting. Our son loved the little booth nook to sit in. The bathroom had a very nice updated tile from floor to ceiling and an amazing inlayed lighted mirror, which made doing makeup really nice! The property had two cute water fountain areas and a nice gazebo/desk area to sit and a fence to go out to a huge lot to walk dogs. I noticed they also had nice big updates security camera, so that made you feel safer. The staff was friendly and efficient. We highly recommend this location and look forward in visiting again next week!
